Role & responsibilities

The person will be working in the FLM Department will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Master Franchisees (MFs) and franchisees. This includes driving inbound sales and acquisition, managing transition processes (exits, location transfers, and ownership transfers), handling financial reconciliations, and leading onboarding/induction programs. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial bridge between franchisees, state teams, and internal verticals (Accounts, ATM, Store teams) to ensure seamless operational continuity and high compliance.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) & Activities

1. Franchisee Acquisition & Sales Performance
- Inbound Lead Management: Handle inbound queries and conduct outbound calling to prospective partners to acquire current Master Franchisees (MFs).
- Territory Performance Tracking: Monitor and drive the business performance of MFs within assigned territories to ensure growth targets are met.

2. Transition Management (Exit & Ownership Transfer)
- Process Compliance:



Facilitate location transfer requests for franchisees in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Exit & Transfer Processing: Manage end-to-end exit requests and ownership transfers, verifying contract clauses, refund eligibility, and legal agreements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Inform and align Master Franchisees and state teams regarding exit timelines and requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Provide hands-on support to state teams for application submissions and payment reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the ATM team by sharing ownership transfer reports to facilitate new ATM ID generation.
- Coordinate shifting requests with the store/logistics team.

3. Financial & Operational Management
- System Reconciliation: Reconcile unreflected payments on the VKMS portal in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Query Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve franchisee queries regarding new ap
