Job Title: Manager US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations

Job Summary:

Experienced Project Manager required for leading Healthcare RCM operations, at Gurgaon, ensuring end-to-end ownership of project delivery, operations management, quality governance, team leadership, SLA compliance, client interaction, driving operational excellence across multiple healthcare data processing work streams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for the Project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and governance.
- Manage daily operations, batch allocation, production planning, and SLA adherence.
- Lead Team Leads, QA, and Operations teams RCM teams.
- Handle client escalations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely claims submission and maximize revenue recovery.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, HIPAA, quality standards, and client guidelines.




- Drive onboarding, training, process documentation, and knowledge management.
- Publish daily/weekly operational reports and business updates.
- Coordinate with internal HR, IT, QA, and leadership teams.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.
