Role Description

The Senior Analyst role at AirBills is a full-time remote position focused on turning complex utility and property data into actionable insights that drive product, operations, and customer value.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple utility providers and customer portfolios, building dashboards and reports for internal teams, and identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success to design metrics, test hypotheses, and support decision-making with clear, data-backed recommendations. This role also involves creating models and forecasts, documenting analytical methodologies, and contributing to the development of scalable analytics practices as the company grows.
