Job Description
- Design and develop the O2P platform (web application + APIs)
- Contribute to DevOps functions for scalable, secure, and cost-effective customer-facing applications on AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS).
- Proactively evaluate and adopt technology solutions for the O2P platform.
- Apply strong Quality and DevOps practices to build maintainable and extensible solutions.
- Build pragmatic, resilient solutions with consideration for upstream/downstream system impacts.
- Champion unit testing across the team.
- Engineering Excellence, Build Deploy, Operational Excellence, Recoverability Reliability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate use cases into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support production systems.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
Requirements
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals.
- Strong expertise in building RESTful microservices using Node.js.




- In-depth knowledge of frontend technologies and core web fundamentals.
- Experience building APIs and UIs.
- Good knowledge of API security, web security, and data encryption.
- Solid architectural skills: scalable, available, resilient, cost-effective cloud application design (AWS preferred).
- Ability to select the right tech stack and tools for a given problem.
- Comfortable with both Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong DevOps and Quality mindset: CI/CD, Observability, Test Automation.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical experience, project contributions, responsibilities, and business impact.
- Strong behavioural and communication skills: collaboration, teamwork, conflict resolution, stakeholder interaction.
- Experience depth aligned with the seniority and complexity of the role.
