Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and coordinating hiring decisions for roles supporting Medusind’s technology and revenue cycle operations. Daily responsibilities include identifying talent through various channels, engaging with candidates, assessing technical and cultural fit, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The US IT Recruiter will work closely with HR and leadership teams to support workforce planning and meet staffing goals in a timely and compliant manner.

Qualifications
