About CarBounty

CarBounty (urbanFleet Technology Private Limited) is a new-car retail platform launching in Delhi-NCR. Verified buyers tell us the exact car they want; up to three authorised dealers compete for their purchase with private, competitive offers; and our field team conducts an independent Pre-Delivery Inspection before delivery. The product is built, dealers are signing, and we launch this festive season. We are DPIIT-recognised, Startup Haryana-recognised, and financially backed for our launch phase.

The Role

We are hiring one person to own the entire marketing function — online and offline, strategy and execution. Not a social media role, not a content role: all of it. You will be the founding marketing member of a six-person team, working directly with the founders.

What You'll Own
- Brand and strategy: CarBounty's positioning, voice, and the launch-to-90-days marketing plan — you write it, you run it
- Online: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook — content, reels, community management; paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Offline: mall and market activations,



kiosk events, launch event execution, dealer-showroom collateral and presence
- Acquisition: converting awareness into verified buyer signups — owning the funnel and its numbers
- Reporting: a weekly numbers-first review with the founder — reach, signups, cost per result, and what changes next week

Who Should Apply
- 2–5 years across digital AND on-ground marketing — you've run a campaign and stood at an event stall
- A portfolio you can defend: pages grown, campaigns run, events executed (we will ask for links and numbers)
- Solid Hindi and English communication — you can write a caption and brief a printer in the same hour
- Hands-on creation ability (Canva/CapCut level minimum) — there is no team beneath you yet
- Self-driven above all: you bring the plan on Monday morning; nobody hands you one
