About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer
to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions supporting critical business initiatives. You will develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Visualforce, build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, and contribute to the full development lifecycle through code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and technical design discussions. The role includes support for Experience Cloud and Agentforce capabilities as part of ongoing platform evolution.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex,



Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce;
- Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business requirements;
- Design and implement secure, scalable solutions following Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and sharing best practices;
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies;
- Participate in technical design discussions and collaborate with Product Managers, Administrators, Architects, QA, and other engineering teams;
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines;
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring platform reliability and performance;
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions;
