Job Summary:
As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household) at IDFC FIRST Bank,
you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the bank's products and services to households in the assigned territory. You will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and door-to-door sales
- Conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Cross-sell and upsell bank's products and services to existing customers
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
