Role Description
The Maintenance Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram The role involves performing routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and guest areas to identify repair needs and ensure safety standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include carrying out equipment maintenance, basic carpentry and plumbing repairs, and using power tools to complete assigned work safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Associate will also execute preventive maintenance schedules, respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests,
and coordinate with supervisors and vendors when specialized repairs are required. Accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and adherence to company policies and safety procedures are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of facility systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in carpentry and plumbing for basic repairs and general building upkeep.
- Candidates should possess skills in safely operating power tools and hand tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of building safety standards, electrical safety, and workplace health and safety practices.
