We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive cum Store Manager who can deliver an outstanding showroom experience while efficiently managing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Sales & Relationship Management
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, skilled showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions based on design, functionality, and budget.
- Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, builders,
and corporate clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper functioning of display lights and product presentation.
Inventory & Billing
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate stock inward and outward movement with the warehouse.
- Handle billing, order processing, and customer documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordination & Business Development
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order fulfillment.
