Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with strong Commerce delivery management expertise to lead enterprise digital commerce programs and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale Commerce implementations, stakeholder relationships, delivery governance,



and cross-functional global teams. Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations is highly preferred.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology, ensure successful program execution, drive customer satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Commerce transformation programs for enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, ensuring strong engagement and relationship management.
- Lead multiple cross-functional delivery teams including business analysts, architects, developers, QA and support teams.
- Drive program governance including planning, risk management, budgeting, status reporting, and escalation management.
