Seeking a NOC / Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer with experience in monitoring cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments for enterprise clients. The role involves responding to alerts, managing incident response activities, monitoring system health, and ensuring high availability, stability, and uptime across infrastructure and application environments.
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, servers, and network health across client environments.
- Respond to alerts and initiate incident response procedures within defined SLA timelines.
- Escalate critical or complex incidents to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting context.
- Maintain monitoring dashboards, alert thresholds, logs, and operational monitoring processes.
- Support root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident review activities.
- Track infrastructure availability, uptime metrics, and operational performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and support teams to improve monitoring coverage and reliability.
- Troubleshoot monitoring alerts, system issues,



and service disruptions across environments.
- Ensure operational documentation, escalation procedures, and monitoring standards are maintained.

Qualifications
- Experience working in NOC, operations center, or managed services environments.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud monitoring and observability platforms.
- Understanding of incident management workflows, escalation handling, and SLA-driven operations.
- Experience with monitoring toolchains, dashboards, logging, and alert optimization.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant cloud, monitoring, or infrastructure certifications are a plus.
