Job Responsibilities / Duties of the Role Occupant
- Attending Project Kick Off meeting for understanding Project Scope, Layout, Customer requirement and Sales Annexure.
- Study the layout, concept design, final equipment list, bought out list, material specifications, MF process requirements to deliver detailed drawing.
- Making design calculations for motor selection/shaft/diameter /stress/cycle time calculation /force/Torque calculation.
- Prepare GA & detailed drawing and assembly wise drawings as per schedule.
- Monitoring & Checking detailed drawings and sending to Design Head for final approval.
- Prepare detailed BOQ & drawing list as per TEI standard process.




- Ensure all detailed drawing released as per the assigned task and time schedule.
- Prepare 2D/3D Drawings in Autocad Solid Edge.
- Establish Co-ordination with other departments in line with technical queries, drawing modification, trial & testing in assembly, quality check sheets.
- Making Trial check sheet/Assembly Jig Fixture.
- Working in design standardization process for standard part drawings.
- Support in Current product development by making detailed drawing as per given task.
- Design revision support to project execution team for punch points.
