?We're Hiring: General Manager (In office)

Experience: 3–5 Years (FMCG)

Salary: ₹3.0–₹4.8 LPA

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our FMCG operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing sales operations, production, distribution, supply chain, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day business operations, including production, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

* Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

* Lead and manage Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Operations teams.

* Monitor production planning, inventory levels,



and stock availability to ensure smooth operations.

* Manage procurement, supply chain, and warehouse activities efficiently.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, suppliers, and key business partners.

* Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

* Prepare monthly operational and sales reports with actionable insights.

* Optimize operational costs while maintaining product quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

* Implement SOPs and continuous process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

* 3–5 years of managerial experience in the FMCG industry.

* Hands-on experience in sales operations, distribution management, production coordination, and team leadership.

* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
