About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack AI Engineer to build and scale production-grade AI applications. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents while also leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.

You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle—from designing intuitive front-end applications to building scalable backend services, AI pipelines, and production-ready agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI applications.
- Build production-ready AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Develop responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Integrate vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI workflows.




- Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, evaluation, and testing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Lead a small team of engineers through mentoring, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience building production Generative AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Solid experience with Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, and Agent Orchestration.
