Role Overview

The People Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle while ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience. This role will own key People Operations processes, payroll coordination, policy administration, employee engagement initiatives, process documentation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMS data.
- Support leave management, attendance tracking, and day-to-day HR administration activities.

Payroll, Compliance & Governance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validations, and processing support.
- Support statutory compliance, audits, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and governance standards.





Process Documentation & Policy Management
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HR policies, process documentation, and the Employee Handbook.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across People Operations.
- Ensure all documentation remains accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.

Employee Experience & Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, learning, and culture initiatives.
- Support internal communication programs that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Contribute to creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of People Operations processes.
- Support People & Culture projects and other cross-functional initiatives as required.
