Job Title: Video Editor

Location: In office (In Person)

Schedule: Day shift (with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak project periods)

Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Visual Effects & Graphics: Add creative effects, transitions, motion graphics, and animations to enhance visual appeal.
- Sound Editing: Synchronize audio, mix background music, and add sound effects to create impactful storytelling.
- Color Correction: Perform color grading to ensure visual consistency and professional quality.
- Storytelling: Maintain a cohesive narrative flow and engaging pace throughout the video.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative team (directors, producers, designers) to meet project goals and timelines.
- Asset Management:



Organize and manage all video assets efficiently for quick access and reusability.
- Project Management: Handle multiple video projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Client Feedback: Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams for final delivery.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to editing software, rendering, or media formats.

Requirements & Skills:
- Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for visuals, framing, and storytelling rhythm.
- Creativity: Ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to each project.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with the team.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video formats, resolutions, codecs, and compression techniques.
