Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong exposure to solution architecture, LWC, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. Salesforce Technical Architect are responsible for overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation, work closely with the business team and stakeholders, developers,
and other IT professionals to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for the organizations needs.
Key Responsibilities
Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions
- Own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle including pricing, quoting, contracts, and billing
- Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions
- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions
- Maintain and update CPQ applications to ensure optimal performance
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, price rules, quote templates, and contract generation
- Design integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CPQ
- Hands on knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with CPQ
