Role Description
The Search Campaign Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for planning, executing,



and optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive learner acquisition and enterprise leads. In this role, the individual monitors daily campaign performance across Google Ads and other search platforms, manages keyword strategies, adjusts bids, and optimizes ad copy, landing pages, and targeting for maximum ROI. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals, track key metrics, and produce regular performance reports and insights. The Search Campaign Manager will also test new campaign structures, audiences, and creatives, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
