Role Description
The Team Lead Warehouse Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This position oversees day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment. The Team Lead coordinates and supervises warehouse staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and promotes adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. The role collaborates with logistics, customer service,



and planning teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain efficient workflows. The Team Lead is also responsible for tracking key performance metrics, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.

Qualifications
- Experience leading warehouse teams, with strong people management, task delegation, and performance coaching skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order processing, material handling, and basic logistics principles.
- Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and other operational tools to track inventory and productivity.
- Solid problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of safety protocols, compliance requirements, and best practices in warehouse and material handling environments.
