Role Description
The General Manager After Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur, responsible for overseeing all after-sales operations, including service, repairs, and customer support. The role involves managing daily service center activities, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, and resolving escalated customer issues. The General Manager will lead and mentor service and customer-facing teams, set performance targets, and monitor key metrics such as turnaround times, customer satisfaction,



and revenue from after-sales activities. This position also includes coordinating with sales and technical teams, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve service efficiency, retention, and profitability. The role requires hands-on involvement in operational planning, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
