Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.




- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales activity targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Passion for Business Development and IT Sales.
- Willingness to learn SaaS and software solutions.
- Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Science, IT, or any related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) graduates are also welcome to apply.
