Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Hospital Manager to oversee the overall operations of the hospital, including staff management, roster planning, reporting, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth functioning and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospital operations.
- Prepare and monitor staff rosters.
- Supervise doctors, nurses, and support staff.
- Maintain attendance and manpower planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Handle patient escalations and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- 38 years of hospital administration/management experience.
- Experience in roster management, reporting, and staff supervision.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Healthcare/Hospital management background is mandatory.
