Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Presales Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Presales Executive will engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and present suitable construction and housing solutions aligned with client needs. The role involves responding to inquiries, preparing and supporting responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), coordinating with the sales and technical teams, and maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions. Day-to-day activities include conducting follow-ups,



organizing site visits or consultations, assisting in proposal development, and providing proactive customer service to create a positive pre-sales experience. The Presales Executive will also contribute to sales planning by sharing market feedback and customer insights.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and support clients through the presales process.
- Candidates should possess experience with RFP processes, including coordinating information and preparing responses.
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads simultaneous
