Role Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, retail expansion, revenue generation, and operational excellence across the assigned region. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, retail expansion expertise, and the ability to manage multiple retail outlets while ensuring exceptional customer experience and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Expansion & Business Development
- Drive retail expansion by identifying, evaluating, and finalizing new store locations based on market potential, customer demographics, and business feasibility.
- Must have hands-on experience in retail store expansion or possess strong knowledge of the complete retail expansion process.
- Coordinate end-to-end store setup, including site selection, lease coordination, infrastructure readiness, recruitment, training,



and store launch.
- Ensure timely opening of recent retail outlets while maintaining company standards and brand guidelines.
- Develop market expansion strategies to increase the company's retail presence and customer reach.

Sales & Revenue Management
- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the assigned region and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and business targets.
- Drive B2C sales through retail outlets and online customer acquisition channels.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs, productivity, and conversion metrics.
- Develop strategies to maximize customer acquisition, repeat business, and revenue growth.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing retail sales teams across multiple locations.
