❖ JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a senior legal professional who can operate independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in litigation and IP management, and a proven ability to work and coordinate effectively with law enforcement agencies, external counsel, and regulatory bodies. The role also requires solid expertise in contract review, negotiation, and overall contract management.
