Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Service Engineer role based in Kanayannur. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and service Kent RO products, including water purifiers, air purifiers,



and related systems at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring optimal performance and safety of installed equipment. The role involves responding to service calls, providing technical support and product guidance, maintaining service records, and following company standards and documentation procedures. The Service Engineer will interact directly with customers, explain maintenance requirements, and uphold high levels of service quality and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for healthcare and purification products.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer visits.
