I. Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for quality control throughout the entire SMT production process of communication products, including stencil acceptance, solder paste control, oven temperature curve verification, AOI/SPI/ICT test monitoring, and analysis of defective products, to ensure stable and controlled process quality.

2. As a field technical support role, collaborate with R&D; and process departments to conduct failure analysis (FA), provide feedback on design issues, and handle technical anomalies on the production line, and offer implementable improvement suggestions;

3. Responsible for the daily management of the RF laboratory, including calibration and maintenance of key RF instruments such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators, standardization of test methods, and review of the accuracy of experimental data;

4. Lead or participate in the quality assurance work for the trial production of current projects, and output DFM/A recommendations, trial production issue lists, and mass production release assessment reports;

Establish and optimize the cross-functional quality collaboration mechanism to promote alignment among suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams on quality standards, testing specifications, and issue response processes.

II Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Microwave Technology, Automation, or related engineering disciplines;

2. Have over 3 years of experience in quality management in the field of communication equipment manufacturing, including at least 2 years of experience as an on-site quality engineer in SMT processes, and be familiar with the production processes of 5G base stations, optical modules, or wireless terminal products;
