What You'll Do
? Visit businesses, brands, and potential clients to pitch our services.
? Make cold calls and follow up with warm leads.
? Meet decision-makers, understand their marketing requirements, and identify opportunities.
? Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client needs.
? Negotiate commercials, handle objections, and close deals.
? Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
? Consistently achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
? Work closely with our Strategy, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to craft winning solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in meeting new people and starting conversations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a bonus (we'll help you learn the rest).
