Role Description
The Sales and Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. The associate will manage daily sales activities, including responding to inquiries, presenting services, and guiding potential clients through the decision-making and onboarding process. The role involves coordinating operational workflows, tracking orders and service delivery, maintaining records, and ensuring that client commitments are met on time and to quality standards. The associate will collaborate closely with customer service and academic support teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall client experience. The position also includes basic reporting, using analytical insights to support sales performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including workflow coordination, process tracking, and basic reporting.




- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport with clients and handle inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making in sales and operations.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, operations, or education/edtech services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and use standard office and CRM tools effectively.
