Accounts Executive Location: Bengaluru, Bommasandra

Experience: 1–2 Years Qualification: M.Com / MBA Finance / CA-CMA-ACCA (Inter)

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, ledgers, and bookkeeping. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Support GST compliance including return preparation, reconciliation, and documentation. Support TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations. Assist with statutory compliance and coordination with auditors and consultants. Coordinate payroll inputs, salary reconciliations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and payroll-related documentation. Prepare MIS reports and management reports using Excel.

Assist in monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial closing activities. Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll processes, and statutory compliance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, data analysis).

Experience with Tally (Mandatory), SAP, ERP, or similar accounting software is preferred. Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,559.11 - ₹50,000.86 per month
