Infrastructure Manager Cloud & Infrastructure Governance

Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Domain: Banking, Cards & Payments (Preferred)

Primary Skills

- Secure Managed File Transfer (MFT/SMFT)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure governance, setting management, and operational excellence across platforms.
- Own cloud infrastructure planning, capacity management, security, compliance, and risk management.
- Manage DevOps processes, release governance, CI/CD controls, and deployment oversight.
- Govern API integrations and file-based interfaces (SMFT/MFT) with internal and external partners.
- Drive vendor management, incident management, problem management, and SLA adherence.




- Collaborate with application and architecture teams to support modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards.

Preferred Skills
- AWS Architecture & Cloud Migration
- Orchestration & Workflow Platforms
- Infrastructure Automation & Monitoring Tools

Added Advantage
- Experience in Cards, Payments, Commercial Payments, or Banking Platforms
- Exposure to payment gateways, card processing, settlement, reconciliation, and batch integrations
- Experience managing large-scale transformation or migration programs

Ideal Candidate

A seasoned Infrastructure Manager with strong governance, service delivery, cloud operations, and stakeholder management experience, complemented by working knowledge of AWS architecture, API integrations, SMFT platforms, and Banking/Payments ecosystems.
