Role Description
The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting benefits administration processes.



The Human Resources Generalist will handle employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, and records maintenance, while supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves responding to employee queries, ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations, and collaborating with management to address workforce planning and HR-related issues. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain a qualified, transparent, and supportive work environment aligned with BDeveloper’s values.
