Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Accounts Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, tracking payments,
and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients, insurers, and auditors to ensure accurate financial documentation and timely reporting. The Accounts Executive will also assist in preparing financial statements, supporting compliance and tax-related processes, and contributing to process improvements in the accounts function.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
