Qualifications
- Strong end-to-end recruitment capabilities, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting experience.
- Proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technology-focused roles.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and engaging candidates.
- Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic recruitment analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting in the technology sector or for software engineering roles is highly beneficial.
