Children First is a leading child and adolescent mental health service provider in Delhi- NCR and online, offering holistic, evidence-based, and multidisciplinary care for children, adolescents, and their families, for more than a decade. Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise in child and adolescent psychiatry along with a strong interest in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive, holistic psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents and their ecosystems.
- Develop and execute individualised, child focussed plans of intervention, keeping the systemic outlook in place.
- Provide psychopharmacological management and ongoing medication monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with psychologists, therapists, school, communities and caregivers to ensure integrated care.
- Engage in psychoeducation and parenting to support treatment goals.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical team meetings, and peer supervision sessions.
- Provide crisis intervention and contribute to safety planning where necessary.
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
