Job Profile:

The Academic Manager Data Management & Analytics is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining academic and placement-related data to support institutional planning and decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation for placement monitoring, academic planning, and accreditation requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, manage and analyse data to take data driven decision for intuition benefit.

• Collect, compile, and maintain accurate placement data (student profiles, companies, roles, packages, and outcomes) with proper documentation and structured databases for easy access and monitoring.

• Analyse placement data to identify trends, hiring patterns, and key performance indicators, highlighting opportunities, gaps, and industry demand related to student employability.

• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and summaries to support departments and university leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions on placement strategies and student career development.





• Generate periodic reports on department-wise placement performance, company participation, salary analysis, and overall placement statistics for institutional review and monitoring.

• Manage and maintain data for digital and online placement drives, including student registrations, assessment participation, interview outcomes, and final selections.

• Analyse data from aptitude tests, coding assessments, mock interviews, and other evaluations to assess student readiness and identify training needs for better placement outcomes.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of placement data through proper validation, verification, and documentation to maintain high data integrity.

• Analyse admission and student academic data to understand student quality, academic background, intake trends, and their potential impact on placement performance.
