Position: HR, Marketing & Accounts Manager

Salary: 2- 6 lakhs (based on skills, experience, and performance)

Primary Focus: Recruitment & Team Building

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates.
- Build talent pipelines for sales, service, and administrative roles.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.




- Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
- Develop HR policies and processes to support business growth.

Marketing
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and digital lead generation.
- Coordinate promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback.

Accounts & Administration
- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records.
- Track invoices, collections, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with finance partners and external accountants.
- Support administrative operations and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment and HR functions preferre
