Role Description

The Senior Business Development and Project Manager is a full-time role responsible for driving new business opportunities while overseeing the successful delivery of event and production projects.

This is a hybrid role based in India, combining on-site presence for client meetings, venue visits, and event execution with some work-from-home flexibility for planning, coordination, and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and pitch decks,



and negotiating contracts.

The role also involves managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, overseeing setup and on-ground execution, and ensuring projects meet client expectations and brand standards.

The Senior Business Development and Project Manager will work closely with creative, technical, and operations teams to optimize processes, improve service quality, and support the overall growth strategy of vedXproductions.

Qualifications
- Robust business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
- Proven project management experience in events, entertainment, or related industries, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and multiple concurrent projects.
