- Plant Head-Pune We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations in Pune.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in plant management, gearbox manufacturing, transmission manufacturing, and pump manufacturing.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving production planning and control, and will be able to effectively manage a team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the manufacturing operations in Pune, ensuring effective and effective production processes
- Develop and implement production planning and control strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement




- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations

Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in plant management, gearbox manufacturing, transmission manufacturing, and pump manufacturing
- Proven track record of driving production planning and control
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of production planning and control software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, manufacturing)
