About the Role

BeasyFit is looking for a creative and growth-driven
Social Media Strategist
to take ownership of our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate should understand audience behavior, social media trends, and platform algorithms, with the ability to build strategies that drive organic growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
Candidates must have hands-on experience managing and growing Instagram pages organically.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Instagram growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Research competitors, industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging content opportunities.
- Plan content themes, campaigns, and creative concepts for Instagram.
- Define concepts, hooks, and creative direction for Reels, Carousels, Stories, and other social media content.
- Collaborate with founders, designers, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure high-quality execution.
- Monitor Instagram Insights and recommend improvements based on performance data.




- Stay updated with Instagram algorithms, platform updates, and social media best practices.
- Continuously experiment with recent ideas to improve reach, engagement, and community growth.
- Take ownership of the overall Instagram growth strategy and performance.

Qualifications
- 1 plus years of relevant experience in Social Media Strategy, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram pages organically.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
- Excellent research, strategic thinking, and campaign planning skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Experience working with designers, video editors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and ideation is an added advantage.
