Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, leadership-driven Store In-charge to manage our retail showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for driving overall store sales, managing day-to-day retail operations, leading a team of counter sales executives, and ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience for our customers.

As the custodian of the store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining brand standards, maximizing profitability, and building long-term loyalty with our elite clientele.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Drive Targets: Take full ownership of the store's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and implement localized strategies to achieve them.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain solid relationships with VIP and repeat customers, ensuring premium hospitality and service.
- Market Awareness: Monitor local competitor activities, customer preferences, and seasonal trends to provide feedback to corporate management.

Store Operations & Stock Management
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock management,



including daily stock counts, tracking inventory levels, minimizing shrinkage, and coordinating timely replenishment.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable store hygiene, presentation, and visual merchandising alignment according to corporate brand standards.
- Cash & Compliance: Manage day-to-day billing, cash register reconciliation, expense tracking, and ensure compliance with retail operating procedures.

Team Leadership & Management
- Staff Guidance: Lead, motivate, and manage the in-store sales team (Counter Sales Executives) to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct on-the-floor training regarding product notes, selling techniques, grooming policies, and track individual sales performance.
- Roster Management: Manage staff attendance, shift rosters, and leaf compliance utilizing standard company platform guidelines.
