Role Overview:

The Senior Manager - Fundraising will spearhead the development and execution of a high-impact fundraising strategy to secure resources from CSR initiatives, institutional donors, philanthropic foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). This leadership role demands strategic vision, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to drive sustainable financial growth for the organizations mission.
Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Fundraising Leadership
- Design and implement an advanced fundraising strategy to achieve annual and long-term financial goals.
- Identify, cultivate, and secure high-value funding opportunities from CSR, domestic and international foundations, trusts, and HNIs.
- Oversee and expand relationships with key donors, ensuring exceptional engagement and retention.
- Monitor fundraising performance metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership and the board.
2. Grant Writing Proposal Excellence




- Lead the creation of high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks tailored to diverse donor segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Programs, Finance, ME, Communications) to align proposals with organizational goals and impact metrics.
- Ensure compliance and timely submission of proposals throughout the grant lifecycle.
3. Corporate Institutional Partnerships
- Build and manage strategic relationships with CSR leaders, institutional donors, and funding agencies to secure multi-year commitments.
- Develop and present cutting-edge corporate engagement models, including employee volunteering, skill-based partnerships, and co-branded initiatives.
- Represent the organization at high-profile forums, CSR events, and partnership discussions to enhance visibility and funding opportunities.
