Role Description
The Mobilizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bankura, responsible for engaging communities and supporting implementation of SwitchON Foundation’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach in villages and local communities,



organizing awareness meetings and trainings on clean energy, sustainable agriculture, and wellbeing initiatives, and building strong relationships with community members, local leaders, and partner organizations. The Mobilizer will collect field data, document activities, and report progress regularly to the project team, helping ensure timely and effective delivery of program objectives. The role also involves coordinating events, mobilizing participants, providing feedback from the field, and working closely with colleagues to adapt interventions based on local needs.

Qualifications
- Ability to engage and mobilize communities, build trust with local stakeholders, and facilitate group meetings or trainings.
- Strong communication skills in local languages and basic proficiency in English; ability to explain concepts clearly and respectfully.
