We're looking for someone who loves creating, experimenting, and solving problems. This isn't a role where you'll be given a fixed checklist every day.

You'll work directly with the founder to figure out how we can build one of the fastest-growing communication brands.

- You enjoy coming up with creative marketing ideas.
- You love creating content that people genuinely want to watch and share.
- You experiment instead of waiting for perfect answers.
- You enjoy learning recent AI tools and using them to move faster.
- You're excited by startups and want to build something from the ground up.

What you'll work on
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.




- Research trends, formats and viral ideas.
- Help shape the brand's voice and positioning.
- Work on community growth initiatives.
- Launch experiments, measure results and continuously improve.
- Collaborate with designers, editors and freelancers to bring ideas to life.
- Use AI tools to increase the speed and quality of content creation.
- Solve problems that don't have obvious answers.

- Is afraid of experimenting or making mistakes.

What matters more than your resume

We care far more about how you think than where you studied.

We're happy to consider candidates with
0–3 years of experience
if they demonstrate exceptional curiosity, creativity, and ownership.
