About the Role

We are looking for a strategic
Vice President – Talent Acquisition
to lead enterprise hiring initiatives and build a world-class talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment strategy, employer branding, workforce planning, and hiring excellence across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead high-performing recruitment teams and establish hiring best practices.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Build executive talent pipelines for leadership and niche technology roles.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.




- Leverage AI-powered recruitment technologies and analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
- Develop recruitment KPIs and ensure continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to meet organizational hiring goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with significant leadership responsibility.
- Strong expertise in executive hiring, workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment operations.
- Experience leading large recruitment teams and driving organizational growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
