Job Title- Team Leader

Shift: Night Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and drive performance in our international BPO’s. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of sales agents, optimizing conversions, and ensuring sales targets are met.

1.Roles and Responsibilities:

•Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs.

•Drive high conversion rates for both inbound and outbound sales.

•Implement sales strategies to overcome objections and close deals effectively.

•Analyse sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.

•Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.

•Knowledge of operational processes, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.

•Making daily & monthly reports maintain the SLAs of team.





2)Required Skills:

•At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Sales (INTERNATIONAL BPO MUST).

•Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be analytical and detail oriented.

•Should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.

•Ability to coach, mentor, and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.

•Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting
