Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales TA /Sales - HRBP to support the Sales function by driving end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and HR operations across the assigned territory. The role requires extensive experience in sales hiring, strong coordination with business leaders, and the ability to manage both on-roll and off-roll employees while ensuring timely closures and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & HR operation for Sales positions, including CEE, PSR, Sales Executives, and other field sales roles.
- Execute bulk hiring campaigns to meet business manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals,



social media, employee referrals, consultancies, campus drives, and local hiring events.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and reference checks.
- Ensure timely offer rollout, onboarding, and joining of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Joining Ratio.

Business Partnering
- Act as the HR point of contact for the Sales team across assigned territories.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce challenges and provide HR solutions.
- Support manpower planning, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment dashboards.
- Maintain recruitment MIS using Microsoft Excel.
