About the Role
Entry-level role building and maintaining the tools and systems that keep RISE running efficiently — think automations, internal dashboards, and workflow tooling rather than product engineering. You'll work closely with the founders to identify manual processes and turn them into scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain workflow automations (e.g., n8n, Zapier, or similar tools) across internal operations
- Set up and manage internal dashboards and reporting tools
- Identify manual, repetitive processes and design automated solutions
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing tech systems and integrations
You're a fit if you have
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) or basic scripting
- Comfort with tools like Excel/Sheets, Notion, or similar databases
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to process detail
- Eagerness to learn technical tools in a hands-on environment — no CS degree required
