The IA Delivery Analyst is a central, highly impactful role responsible for ensuring that automated solutions are defined, developed, and delivered effectively.
This role serves as the crucial link between business stakeholders and the development team.
The incumbent will perform the functions of a Business Analyst (defining the "what" and "why"), a Scrum Master/Project Coordinator (managing the "when"), and a Technical Solution Analyst (ensuring the solution is viable and assisting with technical support/governance).
This role requires the application of LEAN and Agile methodologies to drive process improvements and support the strategic objectives of the organization.
